Strachem zjit\u0159en\u00fd sluch n\u00e1s p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010doval o p\u0159\u00edtomnosti d\u011bsiv\u00fdch lupi\u010d\u016f a vrah\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se pl\u00ed\u017eili kolem na\u0161\u00ed postele a chystali se n\u00e1s un\u00e9st. Cel\u00fd okoln\u00ed sv\u011bt v na\u0161ich o\u010d\u00edch spal a jen my jsme byli zcela bezbrann\u00ed vyd\u00e1ni na pospas hr\u016fz\u00e1m temnoty. V r\u00e1mci d\u011btstv\u00ed obdob\u00ed nespavosti p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed a zase odch\u00e1z\u00ed podle obdob\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se mal\u00fd \u010dlov\u00ed\u010dek nach\u00e1z\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou netrv\u00e1 moc dlouho a je zase nahrazen nocemi pln\u00fdmi hlubok\u00e9ho a kvalitn\u00edho sp\u00e1nku. Hor\u0161\u00ed je, kdy\u017e nespavost, odborn\u011b zvan\u00e1 insomnia, za\u010dne p\u0159ich\u00e1zet v dosp\u011blosti. V tu chv\u00edli se st\u00e1v\u00e1 znakem \u0161patn\u00e9ho psychick\u00e9ho rozpolo\u017een\u00ed, nervozity a pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nezdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. Dob\u0159e zn\u00e1me ve\u010dery, kdy po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m dni zcela vy\u010derpan\u00ed ul\u00e9h\u00e1me do postele v nad\u011bji, \u017ee kone\u010dn\u011b na\u010derp\u00e1me nov\u00e9 s\u00edly a osv\u011b\u017e\u00edme unaven\u00e9 t\u011blo. Jen\u017ee m\u00edsto sp\u00e1nku p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed nekone\u010dn\u00e1 \u0159ada neodbytn\u00fdch my\u0161lenek, povinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b mus\u00edme vy\u0159\u00eddit, starost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s tla\u010d\u00ed a necht\u011bj\u00ed n\u00e1s pustit ze sv\u00fdch sp\u00e1r\u016f.
